There's a large break in the centre that pushes out to the left which completely blocks my left canal. With a bulk comes fat. I'm exactly the same, seeing fat come back sucks but it can be kept down with cardio, particularly in the mornings and just keep track of what kind of foods you're eating.

Honestly I'd really appreciate not getting any comments rather than that sort. I'm looking for help not comments mocking my attempts. Thought I might find some genuine people on here.
