I've lost 50lbs without any exercise. At first it was portion control, remembering to eat breakfast. Then I began to cut out most of the dairy from my meals. That's what I don't do.. I always think about 'all the weight I have to lose'.. instead of trying to just shoot for the small goals.. I guess it takes practice to try to get it through my head lol
