Daily. If I am down, it motivates me to keep going. If up, it motivates me to keep going. Excel will overlay a trend line on the graph which I like.

This and someone else mentioned staying with the prescribed progression. I destroyed my elbows and shoulders and it cost me 4 months.

cultural. 5'11" 275 lbs is "normal" for Samoans. Even the small ones are big.

Awesome! I quit 15 or so months ago. I added about 25 pounds. I didn't really care until recently because I felt so much better without smoking. Good luck to you with the wt. lose.

This. For me the gym was near work which was a 30 minute drive. Hydrate and intake some energy food first thing.

Go to the doctor. I tried to work through shoulder and elbow issues and ended up having layoff from April until mid-October!
