5 workouts a week: Chest Legs Arms Shoulders Back Abs after every workout and 15 min light cardio. My rest days are for groceries and meal prep.

Good for you! I hate leg day with a passion. I dread it every week, but I never skip it. I love chest and back the most, followed by arms and shoulders.

Creatine with karbolyn(fast carbs, gatorade works the same way), hydroisolated protein shake, white rice within an hour.

I work each muscle group once a week. Legs Back Arms Shoulders Legs. I take two rest days, one always between back and arms day. I used to work out each muscle group twice, but had no gains. So it's my 6 week on this program and see some results. Also, I do abs after every workout. You need to figure out what works for…

I am 5'6, 130 lb, 8%bf. Pants size 0/2, tops S if I want a tight fit, but I am more comfortable with M.

I like Dymatize ISO 100 cookies and cream, fudge brownie, and chocolate. It absorbs in 30 min and it tastes dissent. My night time is ON casein chocolate, not bad for a casein one. I mix it with water only.

You will recover faster if you stay away from the gym. Your immune system needs to fight the virus/cold, not to repear muscles.

Menopause has nothing to do with the ability to lose weight. I had full hysterectomy before the age of 40. I gained a lot of weight and blamed it on hormones, or lack of those. Wrong, I was overeating until I became over 200 lb and almost a size 16. One day I just said enough is enough and 7 months later with healthy…

Protein, but don't forget the carbs.

If I were you, I would wait till I am 100% well. You want your immune system to fight the cold, not repair the damage on your muscles from the gym. But I do heavy lifting. I also limit my protein intake and eat more carbs.

I currently use ON platinum pre workout. I like it a lot.

First, I would suggest doing biceps and tri in one day. Second, I would not do arms the day after chest and back. Or vice versa. If you do arms and shoulders together, you can do chest and back, and legs twice a week, something like: Chest and back Legs Arms and shoulders Rest Chest and back Legs Hopefully this gives you…

I did curves for about eight months and lost over 70 lb. It all depends on how hard you push yourself. I do heavy lifting right now and I think I burn more calories ( I am trying to put on some mass).

Lifting, back and chest are my favorite workouts. I hate legs day with a passion, but I don't wanna have skinny legs.

I prepay my gym membership for six months and it's $35 total, so around $6 a month. I am there 6 times a week for good 1-1 1/2. No pool, but all the lifting equipment that I need!
