When I used to swim in college, I was ravenous. Something about swimming makes you really hungry! Maybe the temp of the water? I would cut out sugar completely so your body doesn't crave it. Increase protein and fat, and fiber. Maybe that will satiate you.

500 calorie dinner I made the other night: package of ramen soup. Add in chopped spinach (or another veg). After 3-4 minutes remove from heat and stir in an egg to add protein and thicken it. I get the bone-in with salt and vinegar rub and log it as a naked wing since the rub has few calories. The boneless have a lot of breading so will be more calories. Then I fill up on on carrots and celery.
