Just for today...I'm drinking loads of water and forcing myself to eat nutritious foods rather than the crap I've been eating since Saturday. JFT, I am going to not stress internally about the lack of money in my bank account. It could be much worse for me and my family and I'm grateful that it is not.

I am not skilled in the kitchen and hate feeling stupid when it comes to cooking. I'm just not a natural. But when I do get something right, I love it. I like it when I make my partner happy and family all likes the meal.

I use the regular and the chocolate peanut powder. Both are great. I haven't ventured further than that.

I'm a little under 5'8" and 157 right now. I would shove out on a beach in a bathing suit if it was hot enough. You are already pretty darn lean and it might come down to self love and acceptance rather than being a certain size for the beach. Just my opinion here.

I go up 2-3 pounds as the the goes on and lose it over night most nights. Slight fluctuation usually tending downward as I'm in a deficit currently. I use a scale in the morning every day at home.

I hate responding "well" to people who ask me how I am doing. It has been ingrained that it is the appropriate, well educated response that I feel a little stupid saying "good". It's annoying because saying well doesn't feel right coming out of my mouth! I kind of hate it!

Pretty much the only thing I have to say here is...on occasion having a super low net isn't going to hurt you. If it's a habit, you may have an issue.

From what I used to see in F21, my initial thought is that it would turn see-through in a heartbeat. I remember their clothes would be really cute but not last long at all. I am pleased to hear the reviews about VS workout gear. I've seen it but didn't know if it was good quality.

I feel like I'm losing my mind a little. Falling back into eating disorder waters. I want to add that IF is not a "miracle diet" and I won't credit my weight loss on anything other than eating at a deficit. IF just helps me stay close to my goal calories for the day and not feel super hungry when I sleep at night. I cannot sleep if my stomach is grumbling.

Agreed- AA is free! All you have to do is show up and grow from there. :D I sent you a friend request. I'm 5'8" and need to lose about the same amount of weight. Logging can become an obsession, but there are worse things to be obsessed about. At least you are obsessed with becoming a healthier person.

Weight loss products are all a bunch of crap. Including these teas! Don't fall for it. Eat at a deficit, work out if you need to and keep it up. It takes time, not an over night "detox" process.

I wash/ condition my hair almost every day. Sometimes let an extra day slip in there.
