Thanks everyone for the responses!!!! :) Very helpful, i was wondering why i wasn't losing weight when only eating 1,300-1,600 calories.. i ate 2,230 calories the other day and dropped a pound!

I just changed my activity level to "very active" for a brief moment to see what it would say, it says to eat 2,630 calories to lose 1 lbs per week?!?!?! WOW!

It certainly does feel like it! Lol, but the only reason i didn't want to up my activity level is because the days I'm off, i'm pretty sedentary for the most part. <8,000 steps. When I had a FITBIT Charge HR, it was telling me i burned about 6,000 calories during a shift, and MFP was telling me to eat nearly 4,500…

Have you re-adjusted your calorie goal at all since losing 57 pounds? Yes, you need a scale. That is a MUST. If you're truly weighing everything, logging accurately, and are in a true calorie deficit, i would go see a doctor.

Muscle does not weight more than fat. 1 LB of Muscle is the same thing as 1 LB of Fat. Make sure you're measuring/weighing everything. Also, make sure your settings under goals are at "sedentary". I would also try to hit the gym more than once per week.. Aim for 3 times a week.

When i first began, the hardest thing was eating smaller portion sizes, especially when the food tasted so good. I used to stuff myself until i couldn't eat anymore, now I eat what is allowed in my calorie allowance.. Which sometimes still leaves me a bit hungry sometimes. I too hit a plateau for about 3 weeks, but i just kept working at it and started losing weight again! Don't give up! GOOD LUCK! :)

You're more than likely are retaining water which is causing you to gain water weight (not fat)...

It won't say you completed your diary under your status until you have reached at least 1,200 calories.

I don't eat back my exercise calories and I average about 2 lbs per week weight loss. It would probably be slower if I did.

I got a salad from Marcos Pizza with ranch dressing--The dressing had 240 calories and 22 grams of Fat! I changed it to light italian dressing.

Entered in all of my foods and consumed 3,230 calories
