Can't stop or won't stop? Start consuming more exercise.

If you are trying to build strength and size, make sure you have enough of a break between sets (I think) to make sure you can recover between sets to maximize the muscle stimulation. Like dbmata says, it probably depends on what your program says.

I moved to Phoenix from the frozen north and enjoy the weather. I miss the struggles, however, of being up north. Sunshine and palm trees have me feeling a little too lazy.
