you can change your macros in the goals section. just select custom, not guided, and switch your carbs to 5%, protein to 25% and your fat to 75% and then enter your calorie goal based upon your bmr. thats what ive done. there are also a few groups that are keto/lchf friendly. :) welcome.

Sabine, i havent a clue...it was grilled asparagus and steak. it did taste a bit lemony, yet there was no sauce on it, it looked like any plain grilled asparagus. i tried to look up what they do to it, and i did not find anything. im still a bit baffled.

thank you deansdad. :) my mouth screams no no no, i want sweet creamy coffee! and there's this small niggling voice in the back of my mind that taps me on the shoulder and whispers "that *kitten* is awful for you". i think that i will set a goal for myself in regards to my usage, and go forward.

well, in my own experience (which is not vast), my body odor gets very ammonia like. this is my third time doing this (i know, i know) and it seems fairly reliable, at least for me.

hi there! im just beginning (THIS leg of the same journey) and ive read so much, so so much! i am using lite salt, and i plan on making my own special pumpkin dessert to take to the familys, and eating much ham and turkey with many veggies. :) one step at a time. one day at a time. one hour at a time.

i just put my numbers in, it seems like its approximately the same as all the other ones out there. :) it takes tweaking to get it 100% for yourself as an individual. :)

i log my calories before i eat, in the morning, over coffee. :) that way i can tweak it as needed. :)
