hey liz! i have a paragard iud, its copper, no hormones. it's been about 4 years, and i havent had an issue with it. im 40 and smoke. :)

here's my personal experience with cheats: in august i began eating 'primal', and got to around 4 weeks, 8 lbs lost. i started reading about carb refeeds etc. so i brilliantly got the idea "WOW i can eat cake every week!!" well, that lax attitude really doesnt work for me and my ocd mindset...i ended up cheating way too…

it looks to me, at first glance, that you are in a deficit...unless youre very short...i usually gain after lifting, as a result of muscle repair aka water. :) hang in there.

wow, i just went and found the keto page on fb that mzaditude recommended, and reevaluated my macros, as well. big difference in protein. i am happy with this. thank you, msaditude, for the guide.

um...what is KA? i dont test myself for ketones...if that is anywhere near what that means. i just basically eat less/equal to 20 net carbs daily. i figure that should do it, ketosis wise. am i wrong?

oh snap...ive been exercising, and im in my third week of keto...i am an active person, and besides that first week, have been feeling more and more desire to DO something. ive been lifting weights for about a year.

i dont drink cold water...i drink it room temp. and...im not a huge water fan, either, i just muscle it down, because its good for me. thats my advice, just drink the dang stuff. ;)
