I normally make 2.5 different meals a night, one for me (I don't eat beef, fish or pork, chicken and turkey 2-3X a week) one for DH (big on meat) and .5 for our year old baby, who doesn't much care for meat and what she likes changes from day to day. DH often works at dinner, so it's mostly the baby and I. When he is off…

I tend to make a lose meal plan then by the things I need for that. I make salads in a jar, boil 12 eggs, cook a pack of chicken breasts and cut up veggies at the start of every week and store it in the fridge. Then if I run out of time or I'm not sure what to make I have the chicken, salad stuff and whatever else to grow…

Baked chicken breast, greek yogurt, eggs, tuna, hummus, beans, chia seeds, broccoli, all of these things have lots. I eat mostly vegetarian (just don't care for meat) and I have no issue hitting my protein eating these things.

I've lost 120 total, 50 down (pre preg weight) since having my daughter last May. I don't really feel different most days until I put something on that used to fit and is now too big. Other people started to notice after about 20 lbs. Often times we judge ourselves the hardest.

I drink my coffee then work out before my family is awake, then we eat breakfast together. I find it gives me that boost I need.

I've lost 118 lbs and I think about food 24/7. I'm always planning what I'll eat next, what would be best to eat, what to make the family. I know the calories in almost everything in my house. Before I started on my health journey, I didn't think about food much, just put it in my mouth, thus gaining all that weight. There…

I love my stevia! It could be stress or too much coffee not enough water. If I don't drink enough water and have too much coffee my heart goes nuts.

Are you breastfeeding? I'm not sure why but most women have a harder time losing weight while breastfeeding. I wouldn't beat yourself up too much, your only three months PP. I'd just focus on that sweet baby and ditch the shakes.

I've lost 118 by counting calories, would have been more but guess what, I stopped counting the calories haha.

Salad is a great way to fill up on veggies. It only becomes "bad" when you add too much toppings like bacon and cheese. You can still have your salad as a treat or scale it back to give you less calories.

I've lost over 100 lbs and counting between walking briskly outside and doing Leslie Sansone walking DVDs. Brisk walking is great for health, it's free and almost everyone can do it!

It depends for me. I'm not at a high level of fitness, my work outs are mostly low impact. I tend not to eat my work out cals back. There have been a few days here and there that I eat half back. If your working out hard, I could see the importance of fueling that.

I have a few. 1. I get pissed at my SO when he buys me junk food. He does it on a whim to be nice but he doesn't understand that I don't want to spend my extra calories on chips when I'm doing well. I can't not eat it though. 2. I was so jacked when my MIL brought chocolate chip cookies down from my SIL. I took a bite and…
