I wouldn't freeze lettuce or spinach, I would add that when your ready to eat it. I find often times anything with a bread like coating will get soggy. I do my freezer meals half way. I normally bank calories here and there so I do log my binges and I know it isn't so bad. I also find it helps me to binge less because I feel like I'm undoing my hard work. Not that it isn't worth it and good for the soul once in awhile IMO.

Im 149 lbs down and luckily so far I dont have much excess skin. Minus my apron belly (had a baby a year and half ago) which I dont think will pull back up without surgery. Weight training can help reduce the excess skin, but like others said, age, genetics determine it.

No it isnt. Second tri is not a magic number that means nothing will happen. If something did happen before then it doesnt mean her pregnancy didnt happen. I say tell everyone when your ready, thats the best time!

CONGRATS!!! I was 300 lbs for my first pregnancy and had zero issues, no high blood pressure or sugars, nothing at all! I didnt feel pregnant until I felt kicks, its very surreal! CONGRATS again!

Make sure to remember a complete vegetarian protein are things like beans and whole wheat rice. Try lots of recipes out and try not to get roped into pasta everyday all day lol. I too gained a lot of weight the first time I went vegetarian. I can easily never eat meat again, but I could never go vegan and give up cheese.

Yes it does, if your eating less calories than you burn obvi. It isnt super fun, Jillian gets on my nerves and you have to make sure you do the moves right not to stress your knee joints. Its great for losing inches though!

I started at the same weight more or less and at first I didnt lose much because I was eyeballing and using cups vs scale. I also wasnt honest in my logging which really just cheats yourself. Get her to get a scale and to be patient.

Nope. There will be days when you eat over your goal. Subtracting those calories out of the next day will leave you hungry and more likely to over eat again. Log it, move on, make better choices going forward.
