Excellent! I had lost 4 pounds, but after the bbq probably gained one back. I will be putting my weight in wed. Before my trip. Hopefully I will have lost it! Fingers crossed!

Good Morning all! Well, today will be a lite day for me in terms of food. Yesterday we bbq'd and I went over my calorie goal. Got lots to do getting ready for a trip back west for a family reunion. Can't wait for us all to be together! Hope you all have a great day! :)

lisa- sorry for your loss. I have lost several close friends in my life, young 18, 19, 20 yrs old and a couple in their 40's also young . It hurts. But I choose to believe they are in a better place. Leaving behind kids though makes it even tougher. May they find peace.

Good morning and happy first day of spring! Welcome id. I will be coming back often to stay motivated. Nothing else has worked so I am going to give this a shot and post keeping it real . Msjan..I know exactly what your saying.I have a hard time getting into exercise and I know I need to. Even if it's just 2 days a week is better than nothing,, build up from there. I know when I do exercise I feel so much better! Just keep pushing through girl! We can do this! Add me as a friend if u like.

Hi MsVon. I know the feeling when that scale won't move. Ugh!! Are you drinking enough water and staying within the calorie range you've set for yourself? Also watch carbs, the body holds on to those quicker than protein. When is your surgery?

Good morning ! Up bright and early watching the birds get their morning grub. Got new feeders last night after work and more seed and they are enjoying it. The Blue Jays are already nesting in the bird houses we have set up. We get at least 5 broods a year from them. Our wood pecker hasn't showed his head yet but I am sure…

Well, I got my step aerobics done. Ate a healthy lunch. same for dinner. Been staying within calories. Hope to see the scale move come Monday. :p
