Doing low carb

low impact aerobics vs beginners yoga
I am 50, female and to say I am out of shape is a understatement. Started doing Jane Fonda aerobics today. not even 10 minutes into it, my heart rate was up to 160. I know too high. I wonder if I will still get the benefits in cardio doing yoga... and work my way up?
