  • Reading Keto Clarity says not go off of Net Carbs. Stick to counting all carbs when you're doing Keto. I have a very low tolerance to carbs, so I have been keeping mine very low - 5% or less.

  • Water, water, water! I drink 32 oz before even eating breakfast, and fill my 24 oz bottle at work at least 3-4 times during the day.

  • Hi Maro - I trained for the NYC Marathon in 2010 and did not lose weight either. Knowing what I know now, I was eating way too many carbs! I am currently aiming for 65-75% fat, where I use to do that much in Protein on IP. I'll check out the group - thanks for the info!
