  • Hi! I'm Houston, TX. I'm just coming off of a macro challenge and haven't gotten in LCHF yet. I'm excited to try it, my goal is to also keep it WFPB. I've been vegan for almost a year and have lost over 20lbs in the last 3 months. I have a lost more to go, hopefully changing things up to LCHF will help.
