Im so forgetful, I have to force myself to log calories in and out nearly straight away. I know this is the only way that I will ever know whats going on. The attitude to motivation I tried to adopt is, forcing myself to do something. Reminding myself at the end of the day, its me has stopped me getting closer to that goal. I get annoyed at that. I suppose alot of it is just trying to have a diet thats enjoyable, and do excercise that you are excited about.

Some people just have zero respect. Sometimes to the point that i dont want to celebrate the really awesome things that happen in my life, because someone will be there to break me down. He sounds like scum to me

Decided today to start working really hard towards having I body im proud of. Im getting married next summer, I dont want to lose weight specifically for that but either way it would be nice! Good luck to all the lucky ladies out there!!! xxx
