I am vegetarian and I substitute meat for beans/lentils and/or quorn, soy (soy granules), tofu, veggie patties and whatelse I feel like :)

lettuce, green kale, cucumber, tomato, apples (apples+green kale is the thing!) nuts/seeds and whatever I have in my fridge + some low cal dressing if I feel like (I'm not a fan of dressings) or some balsamic vinegar.

you can never have too many veggies! :) obviously if you eat brussels sprouts or kale and you body isn't used to it, you get bloated (counts for every veggie btw). carrots can turn your skin yellow/orange, and beetroot (except boiled) can make your poop/pee purple (been there, done that lol). But just like my boyfriend…

I'm 165 and 58kg and trying to get to 50kg too! I really like the 5:2 diet, but changed it to 4:3 (found a book about it) and including exercise it works really well for me :)

bloating? Are you getting more fiber than usual? maybe there's a food you're allergic to?
