Glad you are feeling better today Angela! Seriously great job on getting your workout in after supper calebandevansmom. I'm like Coach. If I don't get it done in the morning it's pretty tough for me to get it in later in the day. Amy it seems like you were more into it today! Great job on the 8! Fire40 today. I…

Low HIIT 20 today. Busted that out and am also wondering what to do with the rest of my day. :) Don't be too hard on yourself BelightYear! Some days you gotta do what you gotta do. Tomorrow is a new day. Welcome back Snowdancer! See you all tomorrow!

Anyone else get a 3 day weekend due to Martin Luther King day? I didn't even realize that was coming up until Friday. I had a mini party when someone at work brought it up. Haha. Not that I'm doing anything exciting. I'll just be chilling at home and hopefully getting some stuff done around the house.

Fire starter for me today. Today I could tell that my body is ready for a rest day, which thankfully is tomorrow. I'm just sore and found it hard to get my body to move when I told it to. Week 2 is officially complete for me. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

Good job everyone keeping up daily with your exercises! It's so encouraging to see such an active group. Amy- I definitely LOVE the music while I"m working out. As much as I love the kick-box dancey thing Chalene has going on, I don't think I could push as hard if she didn't have such good music. The burn is a…

Fire Starter for me today. I managed to get a pretty good burn out of it so I'm happy. :) See you all tomorrow!

Low hiit 20 today for me. Thank God it's so short, because I had to be to work at 645 this morning. :s Great job everyone!

Hope you feel better soon!

Yay! I love learning about other people on here. Like Amy, I LOVE the country. I'm Julia, 27, and I live in southeastern Nebraska. I've been married for almost 6.5 years. I was born in Colorado but moved to Nebraska when I was 9 and have spent the majority of my life in the country. The first 4 years of our marriage, my…

Good job angelaklem on getting up and getting it done! So, I went to the Dr yesterday due to dizziness and just not feeling well.... I have a sinus infection, an ear infection in my right ear, and both ears are full of fluid... No wonder I wasn't feeling too whoopie. Today was Fire40 for me. I didn't push too hard, but I…

Agreed Coach! That's why I like seeing such an active group and "Check-In" thread. I'm hoping it helps keep us all motivated enough to push through those tougher days.

Began week 2 today! Low HIIT 20. I love how it seemed like I just started and it was over. Hehe. o:) Sundays are my day off and I found I was "itching" to workout yesterday. I'm a weirdo. Welcome Calebandsevans! I also sent a friend request. This is a pretty active group. I also plan to finish the entire 5…

I haven't told anyone except my husband. The problem is I only have a few pounds to lose, so my journey is all about getting healthy, fit, and losing the tummy fat. But when people see me eat healthy or I tell them I'm working out, they freak out on me and tell me I don't need to lose weight and I'm not fat.... They just…

I love putting in headphones and just tuning out the world while I walk. Are you on a treadmill or using an indoor track? Maybe find someone to talk with, that would help pass the time.

I don't have anxiety issues, but I have noticed at times that pre-workout supplements make me feel tense and anxious. So I can definitely see how they would exacerbate those symptoms in a person who already has anxiety issues. You should probably try a different kind or try food as a source of energy instead.

When I purchased the program it came with a class schedule that can last up to 5 months if I want it too. I just decided to start from the beginning and work my way up. My very first classes (this week) are Fire 40 and Fire Starter

Hi everyone! I'm new to the group! I started on Monday so today is day 4 for me. I've been working out regularly for about 5 months now but took about a week and a half hiatus from being sick and just decided to jump back in this week with Turbo Fire. (I've never done Turbo Fire before) HOLY SMOKES!! It's intense but I…

Yes! I've definitely noticed that I just don't feel like drinking alcohol much anymore. I've noticed that while I'm drinking I don't really like how I'm feeling and I definitely don't like how I feel the next day. But then again, who does? Haha. I guess I've just gotten so used to feeling healthy most of the time…

I did it in August and September and I just started round  I personally love it! I'm not sure what you would log it under. Maybe calisthenics low effort?

I have a Polar FT7 (my second one). The first one I owned lasted about 6 months (used 6 days a week), then the battery died. It has gone through 2 other batteries in the last few weeks... so it's been buried in the trash. I just bought another one because I love the features it offers and it's still affordable (on amazon).…

Anyone else?? Coffee works for some, but I'd have to do calorie loaded iced coffee.. just so I didn't have to taste the actual coffee! ;)

Congrats!!

I did take pics. I can't wait until the end of month 3 to take pics again and compare them! I did my first Push workout yesterday... My arms are pretty sore today, but I kind of like that feeling so I won't complain. ;)
-
I start Push circuits on Monday! Today was my last day for Burn... I looked ahead and decided I might want to invest in some heavier weights because my 5, 8, and 10's aren't going to cut it anymore. I'm very excited for some new workouts!
-
Burn circuit 2 today, week 4... I'm just about done with month 1!
-
Burn circuit 3 for me... I'm just a little behind you. ;) I was not feeling it today at all! TMI but it's that time of month for me. I'm lucky enough to need prescription pain meds for 1-2 days during this time.. Today is that day. :s So anyway, I'm just not feeling 100%, but I still worked out I just didn't push like…

I make up snack back with various nuts on the weekends and keep those. You could get individual servings of jerky, nuts, crackers, granola bars, or you could take fruit that doesn't need to be refrigerated. I also take single servings of cheese, and yogurt and keep in the fridge at work.
-
That is definitely something to be proud of!
-
Yay! I did Burn Intervals and Ab Burner(?) this morning. I absolutely love the Burn intervals workout!

When you reach this goal it will feel amazing! Just keep at it! Thanks everyone! I'm pretty excited about it. ;)
