I like celery or cucumber slices with laughing cow cheese on them. Sometimes I add some deli select ham or turkey or any leftovet meat from a meal.

I feel your pain. While I splurged the last two days on food I don't normally eat, I stayed in my calorie goal. Stepped on scale this morning amd 8 lbs heavier. Talk about a sucker punch. I know weight fluctuates, but never had it this much. Thinking it was two days of eating crabs and dipping into Old Bay seasoning.…

Good luck on your journey! Just remember there will be days you want to give up, but work through it. I am closing in on the 200 lb lost mark and will still have about 20 - 30 lbs to loose after that. Not sure what weight I want for the ultimate goal, will play that by ear. Feel free to add me as a friend.

I have been there and will say, you can do it, just take it one day at a time. I had a traumatic event happen in my life and my weight spiraled out of control. A friend finally reached out and I took my life back. I was at 400 lbs, probably more and no one ever would have thought that was my actual weight. It has taken me…

I'm 47 and have been at this journey for several years. Hoping to be done within a year. Feel free to add me for support.

My short term goal is to hit onederland. About 15 lbs to go, but seems I have been hitting a brick wall lately. Sigh....
-
Always up to supporting, add me if you'd like.

Congratulations. I can't wait to get to that point. Honestly don't remember when the last time was, maybe 25 years ago? I have about 16 lbs to reach it. Fingers crossed I'll make it. Good job amd good luck to your goal.

Every time I look in the mirror, that is motivation. I have to get this weight off and look somewhat normal, not repulsive. At night when I get home and think of snacking, I think of sitting at home alone, because no one wants to be seen with the fat girl or be friends with her. I don't want that anymore, so that is my…

I know the loneliness too well. As I have begun to loose weight, my friends have stopped talking. Funny how when I was at my heaviest, I had a great social life. Now, no one wants to be seen with the fat girl and I'm smaller than some that have made the comments. I live in a small town and I'm an outsider, so extremely…

You can add me if you like.

I rarely eat mine back. Now that I have the fitbit blaze, feel a bit more comfortable eating some back, but it's rare. I use the extra calories, usually about 500 a day to offset a few pretzels, vitamins or steak sauce on something, so those occasions might be 100 calories.

I could use some additional support and willing to give back.

I started my journey 3 years ago. Was terrified of a scale because of the self destruction I did to myself with food. My doc and 1 friend knew my starting numbers and it probably was higher, as I actually started dieting before appointment and saying anything. I told them I didn't want to know and would not weigh myself,…

Makes me wonder if they don't steal before and after pictures from places like here. Maybe people should watermark their pics so they don't get used to scam people.

My initial weight loss goal was 225. That is the weight I was at when I had a traumatic change in my life and spiraled out of control, getting up to 400 lbs. People knew I was gaining, but never did I realize the weight I was at, as I didn't go near a scale and didn't want to know. I hit that goal last week, now I am at…

I know where you are coming from. It is never easy to accept, but continue on and hopefully they will come around.

I use a lot of zucchini. Use it for spaghetti, use it for filler in eggs, add a serving of ground beef, mushrooms and onions and sautee. I can eat it every day. Lol
-
I understand where you are coming from. I have gone from a size 34 pants to now a size 14. While I see some change, I still get disgusted, as I just don't see it with my upper body. I have gone through old clothes that I wore 15 years ago that is a size 14 and it fits. Yet I still wear some tops that are 22/24, just baggy.…

Trust me, I find it hard to date or trust. I finally caved, thought I found that one guy that was different, only for him to lie and cheat. I'm leaning towards not even dating anymore until I get all this weight off me. I always use current pics, so it isn't like a shock to them and even discuss before we meet. Are society…

I have so many bad date stories it's pitiful. The one that still hurts the most, chatted with someone for a few weeks before meeting. We hit it off great talking, but went to meet him, entirety different story. We exchanged pictures, in addition to those shown on the site. He knew I was a work in progress. We agreed to…

I have lost over 150 and still stuck with the dang boobs. I just can't seem to loose up top. Bottom has shrunk though. Lol. Hoping when I loose another 50 lbs that maybe, just maybe they will shrink. If not, will have them hacked off. Lol

I usually order a taco salad, but with chicken, minus the shell bowl and sour cream, with extra lettuce and use salsa.
-
I was at your point at one time. It has been a long struggle, but chipping away at it slowly. I would be content if I can get to 175, although that is still considered overweight. If I can be any support, let me know.

I hate to say it, but the church ones are the worst. Lol. I live in a very religious area. A church on every corner, as they fight amongst themselves and start a new one. Lol. I think if I wasn't self employed, it would be easier to meet people. At least I don't have the employee back stabbing problem. Lol

I can't right now, as I look after my parents that aren't in good health.
-
Yes. Having not grown up here, I'm an outsider on top of it. Lol

Your lucky to have a husband. My best friend is a male, but he is married, so we can't go out and do things. Of course now with weight loss, his wife throws a fit when he talks to me.
