Fitbit Blaze and syncing to MyFitnessPal question
Last month I had a few days where myfitnesspal was giving me crazy exercise amounts from syncing with myfitbit Blaze. Deleted apps, rebooted and eventually it worked out. Now it seems when I manually enter an exercise, like stationary bike, it wipes out my fit bit adjustment. I have gone in and got it to register, but now…

My Fitbit Blaze calories to MFP too high
Is anyone else having issues with the calories burned syncing to MFP being too high? I was in the hosoital with my dad yesterday and when I got home, noticed I had over 10000 calories listed for the exercise adjustment. No way, as I didn't get much walking in or a workout. Oey, I wonder how many people are actually falling for that? They showed one person loosing approx 30 lbs in 21 days. They had a…

As the scale goes down, real life friends walk
Have any of you experienced loosing real life friends as you loose weight? Overall, I have lost 150+ lbs the last 3 years. Still have more to go, about 60 lbs. Yes, I was awful. But when I was big, never had a problem making friends or dating. Went out, had a good time etc. Once people started to notice the weight loss,…

Question on logging leftovers
I'm having a little debate with a friend regarding leftovers. If you measure out and log a meal, say for dinner, if you have the leftovers for a meal the next day, do you log it again? I usually feel logging it once is enough, since it works out over a few days.
