I have had many comments about my drivers license picture and was told it would be best to get a new picture, especially with voting. I also had someone ask if my poop volume decressed with weight loss. WtH type of question is that?

I think it's an issue. Say I walk 15000 steps a day and do an hour on the stationary bike at a pace of 20 mph, I find it hard to believe that is only accounts for 220 calories burned.

I hope while they are fixing things they fix the issue of when you manually add exercise to MFP, it cancels out your workout calories earned or steps from Fitbit.

To the OP, I understand your frustrations. I have not lost any weight now for a month and the scale keeps saying I have gained. I sit there sometimes and cry. I do weigh everything I eat, however, I do not log all my exercise, as when I do, it messes up the sync for my fitbit. Even without logging the exercise, my fitbit…

I use it, but not too often. Been using free weights and jogging, but wouldn't mind joining a discussion group on it. Curious to see how others have done with it.

Bumping to see if anyone has figured it out.

The same thing happens to me and I have asked questions about it, but never got answers. To get mine working and actually counting steps, I deleted the MFP app and Fitbit App and started over. I just don't add exercise calories anymore. I will make a mental note of it and enter in the note section.

When my pacer calculates, the step count is usually higher than my fitbit. If I have pacer calculate using my phones step tracking, it's less. Calories are pretty equal, when you take in to consideration I don't always have my phone on me.

When I feel like pizza, reach for LC. Great with a tossed salad and sometimes I add veggies on top.

Enjoy the cruise, eat in moderation and don't let it worry you. Most times on cruises you are moving around, walk the decks, hit the gym on board or the pools and you are worried. When you get home, get back to your normal routine

Heck, I would be happy with a pound or 2 fluctuation. I have been as high as 10 lbs the next day, even later on at night. Very frustrating when you work so hard and see it. Just keep doing what you are and in the long run you will see success.

I am approaching 200 lbs lost and still see the fat me in the mirror. Of course I still have a lot more to loose, but my upper body and arms are still big, so I feel like I haven't made much progress. When I do finally think I have done well, I usually meet someone that knocks me on my weight and it sets my mind frame back…

This is where a fitbit really opened my eyes. I always thought I was sedentary. Had a office job prior, now take care of my parents and have a side business. Once I got my fitbit, it showed that I rarely drop below 10,000 steps a day and many days between 15,000 - 20,000. I still use sedentary for my activity level and…

I have been having issues yesterday and today. Have posted on help forum at fitbit and here also, but have heard nothing. My problem is say right now, I have 8100 steps, but my exercise calories earned on MFP is showing 8150 calories. Yesterday it was showing over 10000. Obviously not correct. Have deleted both apps and…

Congratulations on onederland! I am getting close also and can taste it. Lol

I know all to well how frustrating weight gain is, when you are working so hard. I am one that has seen several times lately weight gains between 8 - 10 lbs. I get so depressed, look in the mirror and still see the 400 lb person I once was. Soooo frustrating. However, the weight wooshes off and you will have a week of…

I usually cook stuff before I go. Chicken breast, veggies, hamburger patty, hard hoiled eggs, etc. Also cut up fruit and various snacks to eat on the go. Can heat up in hotel rooms with the microwave or eat cold. Always take popcorn to snack on also.

Another that doesn't log my liquid, unless it has calories. I drink a lot of fluid, usually tea every day, so never worry about getting my 8 glasses in. If working out in the heat, I can easily drink 2 - 3 gals. Lol
-
I started at 400. Probably more. I am about 8 lbs until I break the 200 mark. I probably will chit myself when it happens. I have worked so hard to get to this point, I can taste it.

3 long years, still chipping away at it, but finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

666,400. Yikes!

I cut mine into 4 qtrs and each quarter runs between 450 - 525 grams. Sometimes less. I log it all, but my dog eats half. Haha

I have the Fitbit Blaze and I feel it has helped motivate me. I can say my weight loss has increased since having it, as it gives me more accurate of a calorie burn, then using the exercise date with MFP. You might want to do some research if syncing with MFP, as I am hearing depending on phone you have, might not work. I…

I don't lie, but get lazy sometimes. If it's something I eat regularly and say 4 ounces is 120 calories, if I weigh and only have 2.5 ounces, will just use the last entry of that item for 4. Most my diary is that way, it looks as if I eat the same portion, but if less, use the higher count. Now if the portion is actually…

Agree with the others, water weight. Last weekend I ate a lot of seafood and had foods I don't usually eat, but still stayed in my calorie goals and didn't eat into my exercise calories. To my shock, stepped on the scale and had a 8 lb weight gain. I knew it was the sodium, but still was bummed. Lost most of it in a few…

I have the Blaze and like it so far. I just saw a TSV from QVC for the Blaze. Not sure if they have others and how the prices compare though.

On my fitbit app, it shows calories burned today, 3270. I always assumed this was a total that included calories burned for staying alive. When I sync it to my fitness pal exercise, it usually shows less. Today it shows about 1100, but I logged 7 miles and also did time on the bike.

Sunflower seeds in the shell or pistachios so it takes work to get to the nut, which means you just don't slam it down. Lol. I use sunflower seeds when driving late at night to keep me alert.

I had a 8 lb weight gain this weekend. Was totally bummed, even though I knew it was water. It messes with the mind. I didn't go over calories and while I didn't do my normal exercise routine, still did some. I did eat foods I normally don't eat, especially crabs and dipping in old bay. Talk Sodium overload. Lol. Stepped…

Looking forward to meeting new friends that aren't embarrassed to be seen with me. I'd be content with just one person to go out and do things with. Not hearing, if you would just loose weight, you have a pretty face. Not being stared at when eating out. Shopping at normal clothing stores and being able to find more of a…
