If you set your account to active, and are sedentary, the base calories + the exercise adjustment is how active you are, the exercise adjustment will likely be a negative. Can you show pictures? Cause the only dent I have is on both finger and looks to be caused by my ring finger rather than a phone. Also considering I normally rest my phone on my left finger, why does my right have the same dent?

Yeah but do spanish speakers just use English insults translated to Spanish. Say in English I might say “your face is stupid” but the equivalent I spanish might be “your face look like a horse” and if I said “your face is stupid” in spanish it would lose its impact.

I need quick insults for reasons.

yep, i like duolingo and Busuu. Busuu has more explanations of the whys and hows. Like what the difference between hablo hablan hablar are etc

But negative calories make perfect sense. If your active you burn more and can eat more. If your inactive you burn less and eat less. Think of it less as negative exercise and more of just an adjustment to your calories.

Volunteer at your local fire or emergency services? I got to drive/walk in the rain looking for a fire, ended up being on so small you could stomp it out barefoot with out much harm.

Gaming? Probably too close to tv? Model making? Archery? Making bonsai trees out of copper wire? Learn a language? Wood work? Arts and crafts?
