my comment was more about not stressing over small things like 500g hair extensions when there are many other things that cause weight fluctuations.

I am not familiar with hair extensions but I very much doubt they are 2lb They would weight next to nothing, to the point you should 100% ignore them. Thats like worrying about cut or uncut nail weight or clean shave vs a big bushy beard. its a little odd

In a quick bit of googling there seemed to a lot of "could" "potentially" "think" making me doubt it. But saying that I cant really see the harm. chill out, its week 2, its going to go up and down and put the left foot in and shake it all around Keep at it, sounds like you are doing the right things, weighing and logging foods. it is never going to be a straight line, it is never going to happen every week. Think longer term.

Yeah I change it and change it back, to make it recalculate. Since it doesnt seem to do that automatically. It probably should do it automatically right? Or atleast ask you after losing 10KG or after 6 months?

Well Garmin winning so far :D most of my exercise has been walking on treadmills or similar gym machines or walking outside on tracks in forests etc or kickboxing years ago where I can’t wear a watch anyway.

do you mean you eat a tiny breakfast and lunch and then have a large dinner at night? or do you mean barely eating for 24 hours?

I didnt notice any change to my diet. I just slept more and was awake more. but I also wasnt monitoring my food as closely when i started on the cpap. I wonder if I had similar increased diet.

I would imagine it would be impossible to have an equal poly relationship Like you would end up spending time with say one person more over the other. So the 3rd person gets the scraps? the left overs? is the 3rd wheel? doesnt seem fair to them

Thanks I will check those out. I have bought a mat to kneel on etc as the ground is hard :D so hopefully I can do these or something similar without hurting my knees in the process

Thanks yeah its more a short term new issue. I do try to get up and walk around regularly but it doesn't always happen. Just ignore the reminder in my watch

Some good points here. Yeah I plan to treat the cause which I beleive is weight gain and sitting too much. But those a more long term solutions. The back exercise idea was more short term, like improving core strength so that me weight and sitting has less of an impact.

So is this simply about hunger? Leading to excess eating? Cause if you eat 2000 calories in one meal for breakfast or eat 2000 for dinner, you have still eaten 2000 calories, and if you are burning 2500 a day then you have created a deficit right?

nope blending. so like the whole fruit blended up. no removing of pulp or anything like that.
