  • As many times as I would like because I'm new don't really know how to work these things and not getting loads of answers haha
  • I only weigh 9 stone (126/128 pounds) but I still have fat on my stomach and love handle area that I'm really trying to get rid of I eat pretty healthy but still have the odd bits of junk food and pizzas etc with friends I just don't know how many calories I should be eating at all
