This has ben a good week for me. Finally. Weigh in in the morning. I guess it's ben a rough summer. I've looked back on my weighs. I've went up almost 20 lbs since April. But I'm headed in the right direction now

Good job Chris. I ate at Olive Garden today. The low cal soup and an entree off the light menu. NO bread stir or wine!

Fridays are my weekly weigh in. 161.4 today. On my 50th birthday 9-15-2014 i weighed 147.8 i have really went down hill since then time to fix myself. no one else will.
