For me it was great! After massive gain first weigh in. Guess i didn't understand starting weight/weigh in. Anyway i lost 4.2! am very happy with that and on my way to my goal. Ben an easy 10 days. Thanks for starting this group. I am ready to commit, I've had my ups and downs. I'm 50 and currently weigh about 160. Will work hard to reach my goal of 135 by Mother's Day. What's everyone else's goals?

Water
I don't like drinking water. But in my journey, it does seam to be the key. My goal is 10 8 oz glases. When I don't drink water, and I go for days with no plain water. I eat more, don't sleep well, have more aches and pains. Just all around yucky feeling. I KNOW this. So why is it so hard to do the water?
