You could always try T25 (basically 25 min insanity) and start by following the person doing the modified/low impact version. From Sunday to Friday, I usually plan my meals the night before (enter into MFP to see totals) then pack my lunch and snacks for work. Saturdays I just log as I go and make sure to leave some room for a couple beers!

I'm just ending week 4 today and I felt the same for the first week...stairs were a killer! After week 1 its been fine. Keep at it!! T25 with a good diet = great results!
