Yea I have been dieting for about 1 year and this is a pretty new thing that seems to be happening. I may have to make sure I am doing that with my protein, sometimes my lunch is a little low on protein.

I started with the 1200 calorie diet as when I decided that it was time to lose weight i had watched an episode of BL and i did some research and well that is what they try and stick to. Now I am slowly increasing my caloric daily count with an increase of exercise in order to re-establish my metabolism!

Yea MFP and counting calories has been very helpful, i am on no diet supplements or major exercise torture! I am not doing anything other that making sure I am in a deficit each day.... 55lbs down in 3 months.... I would say it works!!!!

All good advice for sure! I think counting the calories, or just simply tracking what I am eating is the single biggest boost to my fitness as I have to look at it everyday! Also just having those around me that are equally goal minded!
