My boobs went missing, my bum is bigger though because I bulked (unintentionally :s ) while running a glute focused lifting program. If you ever want to try lifting, strong curves or get glutes will be your best friend. :)

I use the happy scale app. I love it! This is awesome!! Just another reason it's nice to weigh regularly. It's good to be able to see what affects your body before those little gains turn into larger ones over time.

Ah man!! That sucks!! Might have to just bite the bullet and try a box. There's actually an online low carb grocery store that I sometimes order from and since they have them I'm seriously considering biting the bullet and buying a box myself without trying them first.

That's the best/worst part about losing weight! You get new clothes! But you don't know what looks good anymore so you have to try new styles. I used to love high waisted skirts, but now I have such a defined waist with wide hips so all they do is ride up way too much. Not complaining!!

I love weighing myself through all of the ups and downs. I'm also a data geek though. I track my weight in an app so I can see how my weight trends. Quest bars didn't give me crazy cravings but I don't actually really like the taste of them. Too sweet I think. I kind of want to try those raw rev bars..With that price though I have to hide them from my room mate who has taken to stealing all my keto snacks.

It's been a bit since I've been on this board. Excuse the late reply. I'm cutting right now and didn't want to drop SL. I switched to ICF which still has all the SL compounds in it but it adds accessory work. The cutting version is 3x5 on the mains and 2x8 on the accessories.

5'5" SW: 192 CW: 177.1 (down 0.6 lb from last week) GW: 155 I was 175.6 a couple days ago and so this morning I was disappointed to see 177.1 on the scale. But then I came here and noticed that's actually a pretty good loss from last week. So I'm happy now :)

Deodorant works surprisingly well. Not anti perspirant, has to be deoderant. I rub it on the part of my thighs that rub together every time I wear a dress. No more rubbing my thighs raw (thank goodness).
