I've found broccoli, mushrooms, lentils, split peas, quinoa, and spinach all have helped me increase my daily amount of protein alongside tofu, beans, and tempeh. You might also look into vegan protein shake supplements to help get that extra protein boost after your workouts!

Normally I would agree with you, but they are really awesome people outside of this instance. Plus I live in a very small, college town and there are very few non students to hang out with. I'm moving in a few months so I just have to stick in there a little longer. Thanks for all of the advice!

I use Elite Annex Gold brand for my protein powder, shaken with almond milk. Runs me about 180 calories. This particular brand is pretty low in both Carbs and sugar while still maintaining a high protein content.
