I'm 5'10 and I weigh 227. Before I had my son 7 years ago I was 152 but I seemed so thin. I would like to lose 20 by Christmas and eventually another 30-50 by my B'Day. My stomach and breasts are my problem areas...especially my breasts.

Goals for November 1. 50 squats, leg raises and crunches(or sit ups) first week and increase by 10 each week 2. Cut my bread intake 3. No sodas 4. Try jogging 2 miles and walking 2 miles 5. Lose 6-10 lbs by the end of November
