I've only been using it for a couple weeks. I seen a huge drop at first but then went back up! It is just frustrating, kicking my a** at the gym everyday and gaining 3 pounds! I am going to stop weighing each day. It was just nice to see it go down at first. I am not giving up, just frustrated.
