Looking for friends along a 100lbs weight loss journey
Looking for long term support on this journey, I have tried changing my life this last month. I go to gym at least 4 times a week, eat like I haven't since a child on the farm and am trying to change my physical look - for myself. One day scale reads a loss then next a gain
I am struggling right now, I have given up all take out and junk food. I exercise 4-6 times a week and I've only lost 5 pounds. I eat less than half what I used to and keep track in this app. Feeling frustrated!
