Can’t believe I wrote that post and here I am, 5 years later, having regained 45 (!!). I was overconfident. Thought it was just a little “Corona fluff.” But I had stopped tracking, started wining, and got careless. Time to get real.

Three years out and the stories above sound so familiar. This is an interesting thread to read as I get prepared for surgery. My husband and teenagers do not have weight problems and love to eat chips, ramen, candy, soda, ice cream, etc. I refuse to buy it for them; they have to go get it themselves if they want it.
