I got new bras, that are now 4 cup sizes smaller. I’m delighted.

Well done, it’s a great feeling. I did the same last night. It’s such an amazing feeling. I’m still finding it hard to believe that I’m actually doing this and enjoying it!!! Like yourself I took it nice and slow. I ran the whole 20 minutes, without stopping. Keep up the good work😃

I completed Wk 5 last night. I ran for 20 minutes without stopping! I can’t believe it, I did it. I’m so happy :)

That some people cannot accept that it’s a lifestyle change and not a diet. I’ve recently had lots of comments that I must be following SW or WW. I explain I’m using MFP, eating less, moving more and calorie counting, which then leads to their eyes glazing over.

I went to family party last night. My husband’s uncle ignored me and wouldn’t speak to me! Later on he came over and apologised. He explained that he hadn’t recognised me with my weight loss (73lb), and thought my husband had got a new woman friend! I was delighted and my husband was mortified.

I include peanut/almond butter into my daily calories. I love it.

Week 4, run 1 completed (last night). I was really apprehensive about starting week 4. I felt so happy that I managed to do it.

Well done on making a start. I changed my lifestyle nearly a year ago. I became a vegetarian, completely changed me eating habits and recently started C25K. I’m know on week 4. Keep up the good work.

Well done, keep up the good work. I’ve just completed Wk 3 day 2 tonight. I really can’t believe I’m doing this, after years of being inactive! Plus, I’ve started to enjoy it.

I knew I was extremely overweight, however I still couldn’t get into the mindset of healthy eating. I went to the Dr’s with a chest infection. He took my blood pressure, then took it again numerous times. He looked really concerned and held my hand! He then started asking me if I felt dizzy, had chest pains etc. The Dr.…

Changing my mindset. I am not on a diet, I’ve changed my lifestyle. Not thinking I’m on a diet, has helped me immensely.

I can’t believe how cold I am. I used to be permanently warm, with a flushed complexion. Now I have to wear layers, and I’ve still go quite a bit of weight to lose.

I suffered with massively swollen feet and ankles for a very long time. However, now they are both no longer swollen and I can actually see tendons/veins in my feet.
