I downsized to 1 plastic bin full of smaller clothes. (I had way too many and had been dragging them place to place for a few years.) A co-worker noticed my weight loss today, made me so happy. I'm just under 15 lbs lost since January, and no she didn't know I was trying to lose. :)

Yeah, same here. Not all dogs need daily walking, or can tolerate certain kinds of weather. Doesn't mean I don't love my pets or play with them.

I can't wait for spring to be able to walk my pugs. They don't like cold, rain, or snow so we haven't been on many walks lately. Unfortunately they don't do well in heat either so we have to be careful. They also have a nice sized yard to play in, so they get plenty of time to zoom about whether we walk or not.

I went to a thrift shop to buy some smaller pants/capris since I should be down a size soon. I tried them on at home and they actually fit!

I don't normally drink my calories, but I did get Starbucks with my co-workers yesterday. I wanted a "treat" so I tried a caramel light frapuccino. It was pretty good, and fit within my calories.

I usually don't keep all that junk in the house. But I hadn't baked in awhile and so I felt like making a cheesecake. With dark chocolate, and cherry topping. Ha. It was delicious. But so not worth the calories.

Using a food scale has probably made the biggest difference for me so far. That, and changing my goals to 1 lb per week. 2 lb was too aggressive and I was hangry.

I'm with you. I've had a few bad days this week between pms, cheesecake, and girl scout cookies. I asked my hubby to finish the cheesecake so I couldn't, which he happily did. And I tossed the remaining cookies in the trash. So now I am doubling up the workout to try and salvage my week.

I can eat peanut butter in moderation, but the biscoff cookie spread..not so much. I've eaten half the jar over 3 days, so today I tossed it up on the highest shelf in the back. Since I'd need a chair to reach it, I'm less likely to eat it mindlessly now. :|

This happened to me when taking paxil for anxiety. I gained 50 lbs while I was on it. (That's part of why I stopped it, but mostly because it had some scary side effects.)

While grocery shopping I was lingering near the baking items wanting to buy some cake frosting to eat from the jar. I walked away instead, surprising myself... I think my hubby was disappointed because he wanted to eat frosting too. :#

I found the biscoff cookie spread during my grocery run last night. The only reason I didn't buy it is because that small jar was $6. Willpower, no. Cheapskate, yes. Whatever works, right? Lol

Same here. I hate seeing the calories in red. I just start fresh the next day.

I started logging my food on Jan. 8th and so far have lost 8 lbs. I set up to lose 1 lb per week, but when I workout I don't usually eat any of the calories back.

I guess my wake up call was when my size 12 work pants were feeling snug, and most of my closet didn't fit. For some reason I was very much against counting calories, but nothing else was working. I'll be 30 this year, my cholesterol is a wee bit high, and I hate feeling uncomfortable in my skin. So here I am, 3 weeks in…

I have a plastic storage tote in my closet where I saved my favorite smaller clothes. I have jeans ranging from 7 - 10, small and medium tops, etc. I'm hoping to start breaking out the 10's within the next month.

I don't have the whole program, but I happened to pick up the JM Cardio Kickstart dvd from Target. I was interested since I'd never heard of it, then realized later it's the cardio 1 2 & 3 workouts from Body Revolution. I've done cardio 1 a few times and I like it so far.
