Dogs are the best. The best supporters, best motivators, and the most loyal. I got two fur babies. Lilly and Rosco. They are my world.

I am in the same boat as well...and the more friends and the more support helps a long way. Best of luck to everyone. Feel free to add me on as a friend. :)

Thanks for accepting and thanks for the comments on Lilly...(my dog ;) ) Rosco is my other dog. They add a lot of fun into life. Yes it always helps to have others on the same boat to help support one another.

I am attempting to lose weight...but it would be much easier if the healthy food tasted as good as the unhealthy food. Another thing to add to my resolutions for 2015...will power. :) Best of luck getting the app to work...I will send you a friend request and see if that works better.

A new year is a great time to work on a new you.. You got this. You can do it. :) I am in the same boat. I was doing pretty good until the holidays and then well, lost all motivation and desire for it. But the holidays are over :( so it is back to square one. Now only if I can find that motivation...

Welcome to MFP. :) I wish you the best of luck in your weight loss journey. I wish I had some insightful and motivational tips...but I am in need of that myself. :) I heard it say that it takes twenty-one days to form a habit. So maybe once you find the perfect health trend, to follow it until it becomes a routine. Part of…

Right now just my smart phone and MFP. But I really want to get a Fitbit One Tracker...I have sensitive skin so I don't want one that I would have to wear. As for workouts/ exercise, I have a few Wii exercise games I do, work out DVDs...and I have two dogs that would love to go on walks. Haven't done any of those in a…

This looks to be a great group and a good source to find help, encouragement, and motivation. All of what I need. Twenty pounds sounds like a big job and at the moment, don't know how plausible that is for me. Don't know if I have ever lost that much weight in that amount of time. But I am willing to give it a try...

Sounds like a good way to stay motivated...which I need. Count me in.

Of course...unless they gave me a reason not to.

Thes all sound too good...I have used one recipe and one recipe only for chili so it is hard to think outside the box. I never thought of using some off the ingredients listed above in chili. But I bet they all taste GREAT! Thanks for sharing. :) Now that winter has hit somewhat early (well not enough snow to account to…

Anyone can feel free to add me. More friends the better. :) I have sixty or so pounds to lose. It seems so hard and so far away right now. Started out motivated and am slowly finding myself losing any motivation. Ah well, I can't give up. I refuse to give up. I need to do better resisting food and finding time and…

Thank you for your feedback, it is great hearing from you and your experience with WW or why you didn't go there. It might work ffor some people, but I didn't have enough will power (I still don't) and found it easy to just igore writing what I eat on the bad days and say I'll do better tomorrow. Which I seldom did. Love…

Welcome to MFP. I officially started a couple of weeks ago and do find it helpful. Best of luck to all of you. I too have sixty pounds to lose. :) Feel free to add me as a friend if you want. :)

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. So far, do find MFP easier to follow as well as more compelled to write everything I ate than I did with WW. I started out good at WW, but then kinda stopped tracking if I had a bad day or what not. Knowing people can see what I wrote or didn't write, helps keep me accountable...even…
