  • Yes, the knees and the lower back for me, too. So far, I have had none of those problems with T-25, just good muscle soreness, knowing I worked hard.

  • Hello! I have PTSD too, so I get how our particular struggles with mental health make the weight loss and fitness journey tougher. It is hard to get that "grit" back. I am finally learning that if I can't do what I planned on any given day, to at least do something to get closer to my goals.

  • Thank you everybody for your responses! I did Speed 1.0 yesterday, it was about the same as Alpha Cardio for me... humiliating, but I felt good afterward. Today is Total Body... we'l see how this goes!
