Netflix Workouts?

I've heard that Netflix has streaming fitness titles, but I don't have Netflix yet, so I can't look at the titles. This may be the "tipping point" my son has been looking for to get us to sign up, LOL!

Anybody use Netflix for fitness? Do they have good workouts? What do they have?

They used to. They got rid of them a long time ago.

Netflix no longer has fitness titles available for streaming. It was truly disappointing to see them go (about two years or so ago). They were so easy to find and it made changing things up easier. :/

I found that dailyburn is supposed to be really good for streaming workouts, and its through hulu I think. That might be a great choice.

Youtube is your friend. BodyFit by Amy, Tone It Up, Autumn Calabrese, Fitness Blender, RealFit TV, and many more channels have great videos on YouTube for viewers to enjoy.
  • Amazon Prime has alot more in intsant streaming, also it is $100 a year and you get free 2 day shipping along with instant streaming of video.
I use netflix, hulu, and prime for my telivision instead of cable and i use them while i am on my elipitcal that way i am burning calories while i watch my favorite tv shows
