@Jen800 thanks so much! That is so true about the 1200 cal diet. I noticed I was tired a lot and stressing about making my calories stretch through the day. I will checkout those other resources. I do a lot of cardio haha but I want to mix in some weights for abs, glutes, and thighs :) Thanks again!

Hello! I'm 5'8" and the last time I weighed in I was 136. The heaviest I have ever been was 138 and at the smallest I was 123. I felt comfortable at 123 but definitely needed to tone. I would like to get down to 120 and tone up :) Nice to meet you all!
