Wow - this is great. I just reached my goal weight at my weigh in this morning and I have just updated my MFP account to maintenance. It has suggested I move from 1200 to 1680 calories per day. Wine is the one thing I would never give up. I do make sure I exercise enough to make sure I cover the calories though.

Have you thought of trying plain mineral or soda water? You still get the "fizz" without the calories and sugar content. I drink quite a bit of this and find now that normal soda dinks are far too sugar laden to be enjoyed. The problem with soda is that it does not quench your thirst, you just go back looking for more.…
