So, here's my story

I'm new to MFP but not to weight loss. A couple of years ago, I lost nearly 70 pounds, and hit a wall. I'm one of the lucky ones....I put less than 10 pounds back on, but that 10 pounds just keeps going up and down.

I'm a professional entertainer and spend much of my life on the road, so eating healthy is sometimes a challenge, but I DO know it can be done.

I found that I do well with quite a bit of interaction....because of my personality type, I tend to isolate a bit when I'm not working, and that's not good....I NEED that interaction, and I recognize that.

That said, I'd sure love to have a friend or two!

I am with you. Before beginnin on MFP I had lost 60lbs kept it off until becoming pregnant loosing a baby. Then pregnant again. My son is now 16 months and I am back to square one. It is much harder this time around and I don't have the same confidence, or extra time to get fit again. It's not natural for me so I have to work hard for it he does keep me busy but like you I need to acknowledge it and do it!
