So far in the month of November I have walked a total of....71,469 steps.

11 miles so far this month doing leslie sansone...if that counts. Does the miles tracked with my vivo fit also count...this is my step tracker.

I too have a hard time getting 10k steps in except that on grocery days and some days when I do leslie sansone. I average 7k to 8500k per day. Except today where I will not make 7k due to an i service at work.

I am in as well. I am on day 5 level 1, do it every other day, but use 2lb weights. Find it a bit too easy with those, so might move to 3

I might try the regular one with my 2lb weights, and if too much, switch back to the 1lb ones for it. Thanks to the beginner one, I now know though how to modify some of the things, like the jacks etc. if I need to.

I weigh myself on Thursdays. Hopefully I don't keep losing that drastically. Lol and it levels off to .05-1. Have it set for .05

I am trying to get my steps in for the day which is why I am asking. I did the beginner shred this morning, and was thinking of doing a 15-30 minute leslie. How do I know if I am eating enough to support the extra workout?

been doing this about a month. Watching what I eat etc. working out to Jillian and leslie sansone. Last week, I weighed at home 143, next day at Drs was 144. Although when I wieghed last time it was time of the month. So is it possible to lose this much? Should I log this or wait?

I am going to mix mine up. I am doing the beginner shred, and going to mix up workout 1 with workout 2 and see how that goes. You get bored otherwise =)

I just bought some celery, carrots, applesauce and bananas. I also have some walnuts and prunes.

I alternate between Leslie Sansone Videos and the new beginner 30 day shred. 1 day leslie, next day Jillian. with 1 or 2 days off. Haven't seen results yet, been doing both for less than a week, but was doing Leslie for almost a month but not consistently. Trying to lose 10lbs.
