How often do you all sync yours? I was thinking mid afternoon and before bed. Also I tried the app on my iphone and it couldn't find it. =(

1st long workout
I did my first 4 mile Leslie Sansone video this morning. 60 minutes! Feels awesome and wonderful. When I began my journey earlier this month, I never thought I would be able to do it. Legs are feeling it but its all good. Close to 25 miles this month walking with her.

30 day shred and Leslie Sansone
I am thinking of buying the beginner 30 day shred. Doing that every other day or every 2 days. In between that, doing Leslie Sansone walking videos. Would that be too much? I am hoping to lose between 7-10lbs by the end of the year. Thoughts?

How much deficit
How much of a deficit should I leave to lose weight. I am currently set for .05lb per week, been fluxing between 142-138 for a few weeks and want to get to 133. Have calories set for 1600. Today, I worked out and MFP says I burned 375. I exercise 4-6 days per week.I have all my meals entered in for the day (not measured)…

Maintenance help
How do I increase calories to maintain? Do I change my weight on here or what? I am 5lbs from goal weight, right now I have it set for still losing weight at .05lbs per week. Once I reach my goal, I want to maintain. I also want to keep doing my workouts. Any help would be appreciated.

WOW....1st time I actually weighed my chicken breasts and 1 is 8.4 oz....so...I cut a bit off and now it's down to 4.7. Avg is about 4oz. Getting ther
Like they say slow and steady wins the race...the past 30 days I've only got me I ver my calories 6 times, and they have been minimal. Not bad I think.

Lazier on weekend
Anyone else like this? I get most of my steps in M-F, with doing errands, working part time and working out. is it ok to go over once or maybe twice per week as long as its under 100? I am over by 37 calories today. Have all meals planned out already. ok this is weird....not sure if I need a new one or no. Weighed myself before working out said 139, weighed again said I stayed the same as last week 138. Huh? The good news is I didn't gain, bad news, I didn't lose...lol

is it safe to do light workouts every day? Such as Leslie Sansone? I am asking as I really enjoy doing them plus my beginner 30 DS. I have been taking 1-2 days off. Today I will not be able to really get all my steps in as I will be in an in service for work all day and sitting 90% of the time.

I am ordering us a pepperoni pizza tonight for dinner as its football night. =) Eagles are playing. I placed in 3 slices ( i used to eat 4) of pepperoni in my log, and it really ate up my calories, but I consider it a reward. beginner 30DS
I began doing this on 10/31/14, but now that I have more stamina and energy, I am finding it a bit easy. So wondering if I should just dive into the regular one. I did 3 days of level 1, and 1 day of level 2 (using 1lb weights). hmmmmmmmm

Lost weight
Yesterday for the first time since my small weight loss journey. A good friend of mine said he noticed I lost weight and I looked good. Wow. Guess I am doing something right. Lol only 5 more to go.

How often do you all workout? I aim for 4-5 days a week alternating with Leslie Sansone 1 day and beginner 30 DS. At least 30 mins.

What is the best way to do this? Liquid measure or dry? Dry doesn't seem to be enough for me as I feel I will still be hungry? lol

Garmin Vivofit sleep tracker
I bought this today, but not wearing it for sleeping at the moment. I awake during the night to use the bathroom, would this track my steps if in sleep or just notice I am awake?
