beginner 30DS

I began doing this on 10/31/14, but now that I have more stamina and energy, I am finding it a bit easy. So wondering if I should just dive into the regular one. I did 3 days of level 1, and 1 day of level 2 (using 1lb weights). hmmmmmmmm

    I only know the normal 30DS. Either change over to that or up your weights a bit. It does make a difference if your are using 1lb or 4lb weights for the exercises ;-) I normally use the 4-5lb ones.

    Try the regular one! I'm loving it! I just started level 2 yesterday since I was getting a little bored with level 1.

    I might try the regular one with my 2lb weights, and if too much, switch back to the 1lb ones for it. Thanks to the beginner one, I now know though how to modify some of the things, like the jacks etc. if I need to.
