I am going to a banquet this weekend where the food is homestyle, like ham, turkey, pa dutch stuffing, veggies, etc. How can I log that should I decide to do it? I don't want to eat like a bird...want to enjoy it.

I just returned from my dr appt. Should I use the weight they had (with clothes on) or stick to my scale at home. FYI Dr office was higher. Thanks in advance

When you get in your extra steps such as your 10k ones from a fitbit and you have the extra calories. Can you eat more even though you might be over in your logging? 13,332 steps for me and 361 extra calories for me today. How does one log that

almost always over in sodium
How can I prevent this? I either come close or go over daily. I do have HBP (on meds) and drink water.

Do you scan your foods in ahead of time for the next day if you know what is going to be on your menus? Like what you know you have planned for dinner etc?

Changed goals
I just changed my goal from Lightly active (which I thought I was, but not) to sedentary (I only work 3 hours per day and home rest of the time) and it lowered my calories from 1530 to 1334. YIKES! Not sure I like that. I want to lose about .05 per week. I am currently 142 and want to get to 135 by years' end. Should I…

Dr office Scales
Hi All I have high BP and on medication. I visit my Dr Office yearly or every 6 months, and when they weigh me it makes me depressed because it seems like its always higher.
