When you get in your extra steps such as your 10k ones from a fitbit and you have the extra calories. Can you eat more even though you might be over in your logging? 13,332 steps for me and 361 extra calories for me today. How does one log that

It's all about calories in and calories out. You just need to be mindful that calorie monitors are just guesses and estimations, so you should be careful with the amount that you eat back. If you eat all of them, it's possible you may go over. I generally eat about 1/3 to 1/2 to be safe.

Depends how you have your daily calorie goal calculated, and where those steps are coming from. If those steps are specifically from exercise, and you are using MFP to track calories, then in most cases, yes - you can eat more. If those steps come from normal lifestyle stuff (walking from your car to the office, vacuuming, etc), then in most cases, no - don't eat them back.

Read this and see if this helps. It doesn't address fitbits specifically, but it should give you a better understanding of what exercise calories are all about and whether or not you should be eating them back.
