When you get in your extra steps such as your 10k ones from a fitbit and you have the extra calories. Can you eat more even though you might be over in your logging? 13,332 steps for me and 361 extra calories for me today. How does one log that

Is your FitBit linked to MFP? Then it would automatically count those calories as cardio xercise calories on MFP.

I don't use a fitbit, I use a pedometer that tracks steps. I just used Fitbit as an example.

Where are you getting the calorie count from, then?

If you feel confident in using the numbers, then create a custom exercise and enter it that way. You can simply enter in like.. 1 minute and then your current calorie expenditure, t hen every time you log that just change the calorie burn number to your pedometer numbers.
