I am not eating all them back. I will keep trying, just wanting to give up. I have only been over my calories 6 times in the past month, been under the others but still not working.

This is just frustrating. Trying so hard, and feel as though I am getting no where. I also feel I am depriving myself of things I like to eat. =( Wow...just put my info into livestrong, and says 1373 calories to lose, there is no way I could do that.

If I am maintenance, how can I change that? How much deficit should I do? Its hard to measure alot of things I make, ex: tonight having manwich with roll and I like to have 2, and some beef rice. How do I measure that? Measuring cup? I do have a scale.

yep I am 5 4 and 140...23.9 BMI and 32.7 body fat....didn't really look last week when I weighed in, guess I should have. I do think I was at 23.7 last week when it was 138. PS: I weigh myself every thursday morning in undies. I also raised my calories to 1600 to see if that helps.

when you say reduce my calorie allowance, do you mean try for 200-300 less or increase to 1lb week weight loss to help with the reduction? Would you use measuring cups to weigh the cooked food? I have a scale, but measures in Grams. What is FGS? lol I think you are right, I think I am eating at maintenance. I put in maintenance and says 1770 calories, and to lose 1520 calories. Right now have it set for .05lb per week.

good info. Might try to do more of a deficit, recently it's been 100 and under ( i like to eat) lol but I am eating more healthy. Not snacking as much, except like raisins, fruit, carrots etc. Some stuff is hard to weigh, like some of my processed meals (hamburger helper etc) and 1 cup of stuff, doesn't seem like enough…

I am trying to lose about 10lbs. Perhaps I am maintaining rather than losing, I eat at a deficit, but not a huge one. 200 and under. 23.9 is healthy weight. I also exercise 5-6 days per week (Leslie sansone).

what might i be doing wrong then? my diary is open for anyone wanting to look. A friend a few weeks ago said he noticed I looked thinner...hmmmmmm weird. Also, what weight should I log, todays weight? keep it at 138? I am totally confused.

I am using my scale which does it along with my weight. My weight has been fluxing. Back in Oct, when I started I was 142(3), then went to 138 (right after TOM), last week 138, today 140 (a week before TOM) so not sure if losing or not...lol

I was just going to post about this. Weighed last week 138, weighed today 140. Well it's about a week until TOM for me so that would explain it. I try to workout 5-6 days a week too. Heck, a few weeks ago, I was 143, then after TOM went to 138. Question is....do you log it? Stupid TOM! hehehehehe

Thank you all. Dinner plans changed, so I am 157 over, but haven't been over in the past 10 days. So it's rare I go over. I do workout about 5- 6 days a week doing leslie sansone.

I just did my plate for the fun of it, and it's giving me 1800 calories, whereas MFP gives me 1510.

I might have to restart my beginner shred. I have been too inconsistent with it. Going from level 1 to level 2 and back.

I did day 6 of the beginner 30DS. Although I skipped over 1st 10 days and went right to the 2nd workout.
